Our Small Business Hackathon is your dedicated opportunity to gain expert knowledge, build confidence, and make powerful connections to propel your business forward. This event is designed to connect you directly with local business professionals and mentors committed to uplifting businesses in our community.

What to Expect

Join us for a focused, 2-hour session where you will work one-on-one or in a small peer group with an experienced business professional. This is your chance to get targeted, practical advice on critical areas of business growth.

You will apply to be selected for the one of the following projects:

Financial Projections Workshop

What you'll gain: Work with an expert to develop robust financial projections. They will guide you through making smart assumptions, identifying key inputs, and walking you through the structure of a financial projection spreadsheet.

Outcome: Leave the session with a clearer understanding of your business's revenue drivers, cost categories, gross margin, and operating margin.

Pitch Presentation Refinement

What you'll gain: Receive personalized coaching to refine and polish your business pitch for potential capital and investment. Experts will use their deep business knowledge to help you structure a compelling story.

Outcome: You will strengthen your communication of your mission, vision, target market, financials, and overall strategy, making your pitch more persuasive and investor-ready.

When completing your application, select the session topic you’d like to focus on so we can match you with the best mentor for your needs. Once accepted, you’ll receive all the templates and tools needed to make the most of your session and maximize your results.
