This week was an incredible opportunity to understand the brass tacks for getting my financial house in order. The information provided by each presenter was thorough and relatable. As a new business owner I have been thinking about targeting sales through my marketing efforts, but this week helped me understand the reason why those sales are so important. It added a whole new perspective to my "why" for my business.
The most important thing I learned during Capital Readiness Week was how to prepare and interpret financial projections in a way that supports long-term sustainability and growth for my business. As a small eco-conscious landscaping company, understanding how to break down revenue by service type, factor in seasonal trends, and build realistic cash flow forecasts has been transformative. Thank you for offering such a meaningful experience.
